Does the $400 inverter service cover hybrid or battery inverters?
No. The $400 baseline is for one readily accessible wall-mounted string inverter. Battery and hybrid inverter work is quoted separately.
Can a screenshot confirm the problem?
It can provide a useful starting point, but readings alone may not establish the cause. Some issues need site measurements, equipment checks, and manufacturer information.
Battery backup problems after a hurricane
If batteries are not charging or the system repeatedly shuts down after an outage, share the inverter and battery models, visible fault messages, and whether utility power has returned. Never attempt to restart flooded or visibly damaged battery equipment. Backup capacity and supported loads depend on the particular system; a battery does not guarantee whole-home power or indefinite runtime.
